The ISO detail page

The ISO detail page is the home for a single drawing — its welds, its attributes, its documents, and the Navigator you use to move between drawings. This guide covers everything on the page except the weld matrix itself, which has its own guide.

Before you start

  • You need access to the project the ISO belongs to. Everything on this page is read-only except document attach/detach and the actions inside the weld matrix.

Open an ISO and its tabs

Open any ISO to land on its detail page. The page has four tabs:

  • Welds — the weld matrix for this drawing, and the tab that opens first. It has its own guide: The ISO weld matrix.
  • Info — the drawing’s attributes, completion stats, QR label, detail sheet, and custom fields.
  • Documents — documents attached to the ISO.
  • Activity — a history of changes to the ISO.

The Info tab

The Info tab is the read-only reference card for the drawing.

Drawing attributes — Drawing №, Unit, Area, System, Spool, Test package, and Revision. A missing value shows as a dash.

Signing state — a Signed badge (with the revision and date it was signed) or a Not signed badge.

Weld status — completion counts computed from the same rule as the matrix rollup, so the two never disagree: Accepted, Pending, Rejected, In repair, Removed, and % accepted. Below them, Inspected (passed) shows how many active welds have a passing inspection.

QR label and detail sheet — the QR label action prints the ISO’s scannable label, and Download detail sheet (PDF) generates a printable summary of the drawing. Both are produced on your device. For more on labels and reports, see Generate reports & printable labels.

Custom fields — any custom fields your tenant has configured for ISOs, shown as a read-only label-and-value list. A field shows (removed field) or (inactive) when it no longer applies, and the section reads No custom fields defined when there are none. Custom fields are read-only here; they’re defined and edited under Custom fields in admin.

The Documents tab

The Documents tab lists the files attached to the ISO and, with the right access, lets you attach and detach them. Weld-specific documents don’t appear here — open the weld from the Welds tab and use the Documents section in its drawer instead; the Go to Welds link on this tab takes you there. The ISO navigator

The Navigator button in the page header opens the ISO navigator — a left-hand panel for finding and moving between drawings without leaving the page.

  • Find ISO — at the top, type a drawing number to jump straight to any ISO in the project (or press / to focus the box). A live count shows how many ISOs match what you’ve typed.
  • By unit — a tree grouped Unit → Area → System → ISO. Expand a branch to drill down, then select an ISO to open it.
  • Test packages — a peer tree that groups the same ISOs by their test package. A package row also has an action to open the full test package. See Test packages.

Every branch and ISO in the tree shows a status dot for the most-attention-needing weld status inside it and a weld count, and a signed ISO shows a shield — so you can spot where the problems are before you open anything. When you open an ISO from a branch, the ‹ › pager in the matrix’s scope header lets you step through the other ISOs in that same branch.
