MaxTrax renders a broad set of server-side reports covering welds, ISOs, inspections and NDE,
welders and qualification, test packages, data quality, and audit history. This page is the
reference for what each report contains and what file you get (a PDF document or an Excel
.xlsx workbook).
Generate on demand and download. You trigger a report from a MaxTrax screen; it renders on the
server and, when it’s ready, MaxTrax notifies you with a download link. Per-record artifacts — a
single weld or ISO detail PDF and ISO QR labels — are generated instantly on your device instead.
See Generate reports and printable labels.
Schedule an emailed report. A Project Administrator (or higher) can schedule a report to
render and email to a list of recipients on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence, with
per-recipient delivery tracking. See
Scheduled reports.
Power BI live views. For open-ended analysis, connect Power BI to your project’s purpose-built
reporting views instead of a fixed file. See Connect Power BI.
The Report key column is the identifier you enter when
scheduling a report — it names the report to MaxTrax. Format is the
file you receive: PDF (a fixed-layout document) or Excel (an .xlsx workbook). Most reports
are scoped to one project; some also take parameters (for example a date range or a grouping choice).
A full weld listing for a project, or a selected subset of welds — weld number, ISO, type, status, and created date.

Per welder: the share of their welds currently in the Repair status (the repair rate), shown alongside the share currently in the Rejected status (the reject rate) for comparison. Both are current-status shares, not lifetime totals.

Beyond the built-in reports above, a Corporate Administrator can define custom report entries
in the Admin area — each carries a code, a display label, an optional description, and a display
position, and can be marked active or inactive. Some entries are generated (system-provided);
for those, only the label and description are editable, while the report itself is fixed. See the
Admin overview for where these are managed.
