Admin
Administrators set up and run a MaxTrax project: they create user accounts, assign roles, and manage the project configuration the rest of the team works within. Project data is tenant-isolated — each project’s users only see that project’s data — so as an admin you:
- Create user accounts and assign roles (for example Reader, NDE Inspector, Weld Associate, Corporate Administrator — see Roles & capabilities).
- Manage project setup so each role sees the right work.
- Keep access aligned with who is on the project.

- Welder qualifications settings — configure how welder qualification tracking works on a project.
- Manage welder qualifications (Workforce) — the welder and NDE technician rosters and the qualification drawer.
- Custom fields — extend records with project-specific data points.
- Reference data — browse and search weld types, materials, and inspection/NDE lookups.
