Administrators set up and run a MaxTrax project: they create user accounts, assign roles, and manage the project configuration the rest of the team works within.

  • Create user accounts and assign roles (inspector, NDT technician, welder, admin).
  • Manage project setup so each role sees the right work.
  • Keep access aligned with who is on the project.
  • A user’s role determines what they can do — recording inspections, logging NDT, viewing assigned welds, or administering the project.
  • Project data is tenant-isolated: each project’s users only see that project’s data.
