Find my assigned welds

This page explains how welder assignments actually work in MaxTrax today — which is a little different from a welder signing in and browsing their own list.

Before you start

  • You need product access on the project (any signed-in role can view the Welds list).

How assignments work

  • A weld is linked to the welder(s) who worked it when someone completes that weld — see Complete a weld & test-package sign-off. That link is what makes a weld “yours.”
  • Whoever enters or reviews weld data can open a drawing’s weld matrix to see every weld on the ISO — its weld number, type, status (Pending, Accepted, Rejected, Voided, Repair), and inspection progress — and filter, sort, and group the list.   • The weld matrix is organized by drawing and weld rather than by welder. To look up a specific welder’s work, check that welder’s qualification and completion records with your admin or coordinator.

Checking a weld’s status

Whoever looks this up for you can check a weld’s status to see where it stands:

  • Pending — not yet inspected.
  • Accepted — passed inspection.
  • Rejected / Repair — needs rework; the inspection result explains why.
  • Voided — no longer active.
