Find my assigned welds

This guide covers the core welder flow: finding the welds assigned to you so you know what to work on and where each one stands.

Before you start

  • You need the welder role on the project and an active welder qualification.

Steps

Section titled “Steps”
  1. Sign in and open your project.
  2. Go to your welds — the list of welds assigned to you across the project’s ISOs.
  3. Filter or sort to find what you need — for example by ISO, by status, or by due date.
  4. Select a weld to see its details: its number, type, size, schedule, the WPS it’s to be made to, and its current status.

Checking status

A weld’s status tells you where it is:

  • PENDING — not yet inspected.
  • ACCEPTED — passed inspection.
  • REJECTED / REPAIR — needs rework; check the result for why.
  • VOIDED — no longer active.
