NDT technician

NDT (non-destructive testing) technicians record the testing performed on welds — radiographic (RT), ultrasonic (UT), and related methods. In MaxTrax the core task is to review a film interval — a section of an NDT film strip — and record its result once you’ve read the radiograph. A film interval maps a length of film to the welds it captures, so each weld’s NDT coverage is traceable; intervals appear on an inspection automatically, and recording their results is what keeps the NDT record aligned with the welds on each ISO. This section covers that core flow today and grows as the NDT features are built out.
