Welds & ISOs

This section covers the screens where you do the day-to-day quality work: the weld matrix on an ISO, and the ISO detail page it lives on. Welds always belong to an ISO (isometric drawing), so almost everything you do to a weld — reviewing its inspections, reading its status, completing it, repairing it, or moving it — you do from the ISO it sits on. The matrix is the single screen most QC professionals keep open all day; the pages below walk through it in exact detail and cover the two mutating actions that have their own workflow.

  • The ISOs list — every drawing in the project: search, columns, export, and the New ISO form.
